Continuing Education
1.0 contact hour is approved for nurses. The provider is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. This program has also been approved for a total of 1.0 contact hour for midwives by the Midwifery Education Accreditation Council.
CE Information
- There is no charge for continuing education credit.
- Continuing education expires 2/19/26.
- Continuing education (CE) is available for nurses and licensed midwives for attending the live webinar OR watching the recording.
- Even if you attend the live webinar or watch the recording as a group, everyone MUST register for the webinar and complete the evaluation as an individual prior to receiving CE.
How to receive CE credit
Attend the live webinar or watch the webinar recording, and complete the evaluation. The Department of Health will email certificates a few weeks after the live webinar and a few weeks after 2/19/26.
