What To Know
- The ACIP will meet on December 4 and 5, 2025, these meetings are open to the public via live webcast. They are planning to discuss CDC Vaccine Risk Monitoring Evaluation, Vaccine Schedule History, the Childhood/Adolescent Vaccine Schedule, adjuvants, and contaminants.
- IACW strongly support maintaining access to the current routine childhood and adolescent immunization schedule. The science is robust with decades of research showing that “current timing optimizes immune protection while minimizing risk.” Read the Washington State Health Department’s full ACIP public comment co-signed by IACW.
Founded in 1994, the Immunization Action Coalition of Washington (IACW), a program of WithinReach, works to improve the health of Washington individuals and families by minimizing the incidence of vaccine-preventable diseases through promotion of equitable access and optimal use of immunizations across the lifespan.
